Bill Tenneson, General Partner, Digital Partners, Director
Mr. Tenneson has over twenty years of venture capital and corporate finance experience. He has been Managing Director of Digital Partners since 2000. Bill is past President of Kirlan Venture Capital, which invested in companies including InterNap Network Services, Loudeye, Avenue A, N2H2, Airspan Networks, Tegic Communications, Homegrocer.com, and Lizardtech.

Bill currently sits on the Board of Directors of Ontain Corporation, Wavelink Corporation, CampusCE Corporation and is on the advisory board of Flatrock, Inc. He is President and a board member of the Evergreen Venture Capital Association and Chairman of the WSA Investment Forum.

Dan Kranzler, General Parntner, eFund LLC, Advisor
Dan Kranzler has spent the past twenty-five years running, supporting and financing entrepreneurial companies in the high-tech arena. In 1980, Mr. Kranzler founded Beepers Northwest. Purchased by McCaw Cellular Communications, Mr. Kranzler became the first General Manager for McCaw Cellular’s cellular and paging operations. In 1996 Mr. Kranzler became president and CEO of AccessLine Technologies, Inc. After building the Company to a presence in eleven countries, Mr. Kranzler retired from direct operating control and remained as chairman and board member for AccessLine and several other companies.

Mr. Kranzler is currently president of Kirlin Ventures, a group of early stage ventures funds, as well as Managing Partner of eFund, LLC. In his role as investor and advisor, Mr. Kranzler has been involved in over 20 start-ups as an advisor and invested in over 40 companies in the communications and Internet space. Companies in which Mr. Kranzler has invested have achieved combined equity values of over twenty billion dollars.
